visited site; sink hole occurring behind wing of structure; will do work order for repair and new sod to replace dead sod

City of Sandy Springs addressed this issue on 06/06/2017, service request #17-030472.

Thanks for the quick work on this. I'm doing everything I can to keep the sod alive this time, but it looked pretty weak when it was laid. It appears they did a great job prepping the area, etc - but the sod itself didn't look healthy from the beginning. Pic attached.
