Description

My neighbors across the street have been keeping their trash can out front for the past 3 years, not the townhouse is empty and I still have to see the cans every day! Plus the tree branches that have been there for 4 weeks!! My taxes just went up to 100% of the house value, don't you think I would be able to sell with this mess...?
