Thanks. Just a suggestion/question--Is there any sort of PM plan for the trails? It seems like a lot of the trail maintenance issues could be handled in a proactive manner if a team went and surveyed and cleaned up the encroaching trees and brush shortly after the trees get their foliage in the Spring. In my mind using this ticketing system for RM is wasteful of resources.

Thank you so much for your feedback regarding preventative maintenance on our trails. As much as we’d love to be able to provide PM for our trails, it’s just not feasible at this time. We are able to do checks of the trails and greenways every few weeks, but unfortunately things can get missed during that time, especially if we experience any storms or high winds. Right now, this process is actually working well and allows staff to focus on immediate needs. The system isn’t perfect, but I promise we’re trying our best.
