    The A&Y between Cotswold Terrace and Guilford Courthouse MP has several branches and vines hanging below head level. One branch is particularly nasty...it has no leaves left and disappears into the background during twilight hours until you are too close to evade it.

    The weeds along the A&Y behind the Lawndale Target are getting aggressive. Some have thorns so brushing them out of the way isn't an option. This stretch of the A&Y is narrow so a little encroachment is a major problem.

    Two questions really. 1) Is it legal to make a left turn from the right lane at the intersection of Lake Brandt and Lawndale for northbound Lake Brandt traffic? 2) If not, can signs/lane markings be added to inform motorists of the case. On multiple occasions I have seen motorists jump the LTO lane queue in the right lane. For me this is a concern because I commute by bicycle through this intersection. I take a wide left turn to quickly get out of the main traffic flow. If lefts from the right lane are legal I would be putting myself in the other lane of traffic with no chance to signal the lane change.

    Lawn crews were out today but failed to trim the weeds near the Wendover underpass. The corner mirrors are obscured from the high grass.

    The corner mirror on the north side of the Wendover Underpass of the Latham Park Trail was undercut by the current when Buffalo Creek flooded recently. The post and mirror are now lying on the stream bank along with another trail sign.

    In the right wheel track of the north bound lane of Lake Brandt Rd just after the turn from Old Battleground. Looks like someone took a softball sized melon-baller to the road.

    Three hazards within 150 yards of the greenway underpass under Wendover. 1) The brush between the south corner mirror and the underpass hasn't been trimmed at all this year. 2) Low hanging branches on the tree just north of the underpass. 3) Low handing branches on the tree just south of the underpass.

    On the section of the A&Y between Cone Blvd and Rollins Rd there is one tree that dangles below head height and a nearby tree with multiple branches extending into the A&Y right of way. The combination makes an unpleasant surprise especially if there is two way traffic.

    Low hanging branches over the A&Y on both slopes of the hill behind Herbies. The branch on the northern slope reaches to the trail, on the southern slope it reaches to shoulder height, lower when rain laden.

    Pine from a fallen tree was at the curb last evening and it's still there now. Due to the size of the pieces I did not bundle them together but none are over 5 ft or 50 lbs.

    Tree roots have buckled the A&Y trail in a couple locations just north of the Guilford Courthouse Military Park. One of the locations has been marked with yellow paint for several months if not over a year but no other action has been taken on this trip/pinch flat hazard.
