Description

Homeowner has built fence blocking off a pedestrian alleyway. They have no permit that allows them to do this. This creates a fire hazard for surrounding residents as well as creating a private area for persons to conduct illegal activities behind residential homes. This is a safety risk for the residents on the block. I have called twice about this issue and have seen no action on it.
