Description
Car hasn't been moved in over 10 days. You can see it is still in the outlines for. The last snow and it was there long before that. Another neighbor asked me about it last week and he said it hadn't been moved for a long time at that point.
It creates a problem due to the limited amount of on street parking on Central Ave.

Highly probable that the car belongs to a student , grad student or regular college etc.. - Probably went to Florida or some warm tropical locale for winter / christmas break - Remember , the students left days before Christmas , didn't or don't have to be back until monday Jan 7

"If you are going to be out of town for an extended period of time, do not leave your car parked on the street, or if you do, make arrangements with a neighbor to move it... City ordinance does not allow for vehicles to be parked in any space for more than 72 consecutive hours (Sec. 29-35 (l))" Taken from http://cityofnewhaven.com/PublicWorks/sweep/index.asp
