I agree. My neighbors have 8 cars many of which are parked on the front lawn. In addition persistant loud thumping music-I will never be able to sell my home....... : (

as for thumping music, call w.h. police and ask to speak to the quality of life officer, there are noise ordinances against that and you can go to town hall and get a copy of the "noise ordinance" and then if the police won't or don't do anything you know your rights and you can push it. don't sit there and take it, do something about it. if you can't sell your house you are at fault for allowing the stuff to happen. the neighbor doesn't care about you so .....
