Sharraxaadda

There are vehicles driving through the neighborhood with tint so dark that you can't see into the vehicles. The tint is on all the windows even the front. This is hazzard if it is not giving a clear veiw of the road for the driver of these vehicles not to mention a danger to any police officer who has to stop one of them for a traffic violation. He or she won't be able to see what is going on in the vehicle. I count on making eye contact with other drivers at times before proceeding at stop signs and traffic lights.
