The street light in the culdesac at Rosemary terr does not work. It has been non-functional for about a week.

you have to report this to CL&P. Go to their website, click on service request and there is a link for street lights that are out. You have to report this, the city does not, I know from personal experience.

Contact CL&P - the city only rents lights - it doesn't maintain it. Be sure to ask for one of the full cut off lights as stated in the law - all lights must be replaced with full cut off lights as they are replaced. You can also complain about the glare of that light and how hard it is to see people in the street so you want it replaced with a new full cut off light to reduce glare and just put the light on the ground where you need it.
