There is a copper Jeep parking in the Floyd St municipal parking lot. It does not have have a handicap placard or plate. When I asked the driver about it. He got angry and said to me too d my own business and walked up the street. That handicap spot is meant for my neighbor who has a bad leg who can't walk far without feeling pain. Regular patrols to enforce the parking of legal cars with HP placard would be great for the neighborhood.
