Hello, Per Vanessa Yeomans email on March 11, 2017 the lot was serviced/mowed. The service schedule that was told to me was once in the colder months and twice in the warmer months. This schedule is directly from the owner of the properties. March and April is considered the start of the growing season. I will email Vanessa Yeomans and confirm if the schedule from the owner is in fact going to happen. Thanks,

Hi Vanessa, so the initial mowing was March 11th. This coming Sat the 15th will be 2 weeks since it was last mowed which puts it at the 1st of April.

So is it safe to say the service schedule is roughly the 1st and 15th of the month? I’m simply relaying this info to our residents.

There wasn’t much information lawn height and length of time it can go "un-mowed" from the city.

I just want both parties to be happy, and I'm like you, I don't like seeing homeless/panhandlers/vagrancy in areas they don't belong. If we keep it clean, maybe they wont hang out there. Thanks,

They mowed!! drove past the lot this morning. Let's see if they keep to it. :-)
