I am reporting standing water every time it rains because of the fact that the field which lies downward & to the right (if you are entering) (to the left if you are leaving) of the driveway at 401 College Rd, which is an entrance to Guilford Middle School, has been dug up and for what reason remains to be seen. The water, muddy water, stands there for days and the warmer it gets, the more insects it attracts. I hope this helps.

We investigated this location, and it is a school project, not a City project. The retention pond is needed to capture the runoff from the project so that it does not contaminate the storm water system.
