This whole stretch of E Strand floods from the storm drains when it rains. The city's "fix" was to put up flood warning signs.
E Strand was re-graded and re-paved a few years back just west of this location and downtown tourism has boomed as a result, yet this neglected adjacent area continues to pull down our property values due to the potholes and flooding.
Most property taxes in this neighborhood have shot up in recent years and the roads have continued to crumble. If the city is going to raise our property taxes they need to give something back - start with this road fellas.
