This is an ongoing issue--there is a knocked down pedestrian crossing sign. NO ONE STOPS. NEVER. And, the cars speed to a red light one block away. There is a useless camera on the walkway. WHY? In the past week, TWO COP CARS SPED RIGHT PAST. There is still one sign up, but clearly ignored. PLS REPLACE EXISTING SIGN WITH A SIGN THAT SAYS "Fine for not stopping $50" or whatever that sign is! It is ridiculous, this intersection has been dangerous for YEARS. Please assist.
