This encampment has doubled in size the last week, and it's time to deal with it - sooner rather than later.

There are 10-15 tents every night I go by this underpass. There is feces and urine building up and garbage is strewn around. It's just gotten bigger, messier and more dangerous as the weeks have gone by.
