Somebody appears to have furnished an entire apartment on 42nd Street beneath Highway 24, making it difficult to pass and leaving unhealthy debris, including feces.

This encampment has doubled in size the last week, and it's time to deal with it - sooner rather than later.

There are 10-15 tents every night I go by this underpass. There is feces and urine building up and garbage is strewn around. It's just gotten bigger, messier and more dangerous as the weeks have gone by.
