Very often Bus number 12 or 42 is idlle at the corner of 3rd Street & Pine Street for more than 20 minutes at ALL hours. We can't sleep during the night. The conductors let the bus idle even at 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 o'clock in the night or early morning.
