I am not personally familiar with this issue outside of browsing through it on seeclickfix. However I would like to comment that find it quite pathetic that such a significant issue at such a major intersection cannot be handled in a timely manner. I vote for this problem to be fixed.

This issue still hasn't been fixed as of 5/22/13. It shouldn't take this long for something like this to get fixed!

Thank you for the feedback. A technician made a service call to evaluate the repair of the light on 05/03/13, and the issue has been added to Traffic Engineering's priority based project list for repair .
