This situation with sign and post being knocked over and needing re-installation has been formally reported to Richmond Traffic Sign Management Team (20020877767) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Because of time that may be involved with this request, updates or follow up can also be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000 and referring CRS#20020877767
