12/17/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with sign and post being knocked over and needing re-installation has been formally reported to Richmond Traffic Sign Management Team (20020877767) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
