Approximately 61 customers will be without water during the repair. Customer Service representatives are staffed in our call center, an upfront message is on the phone system, See-Click-Fix has been update, and there is an emergency banner on our website. We expect the repair to take four to six hours, depending on field conditions encountered and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

The repair of the water main is taking longer than normal due to the condition of the pipe and type of break. Repairs are expected to be completed in the early evening.

The repair was completed at approximately 5:10pm. If any customers experience discoloration of the water after flushing their internal plumbing, please call the RWA at (203) 562-4020. Thank you to all affected for their patience and understanding.
