Description

Several cars without permits parked in Zone 7 on Winchester Avenue between Sachem and Webster street along with the usual cars with illegal visitor permits...................so frustrating.....

Only option to get them to notice is to take pictures of the habitual violators' cars. People on our block try to do this, though enforcement is still really haphazard.

If you consider repeated offenses a "duplicate". I consider it a chronic problem, which shows that the city needs to think of a solution. Clearly, the system of visitor passes that we have does not work, since both commuters, and residents are misusing them.
