Description
I have lived on this section of Chapel St. for almost 5 years and parking is a major issue. The problem is the lack of available parking spots for residents to use due to St Rapheals employee taking up the spots from early in the morning to after 4 pm. I often am forced to park on Derby sometimes as far down as Winthrop due to the lack of spots. I think they should make a certain amount of spots just for residents and give out permits like they do on George and Hotchkiss.

I recommend contacting your Alderman about this. If you're on the south side of Chapel, you're in ward 23, and your Alderman is Yusuf Shah. You can reach him at ward23 [at] newhavenct [dot] net or 203-507-7679. If you're on the north side of Chapel, you're in ward 24, and your Alderman is Marcus Paca.
