Description

Abandoned car on West 12th Street bet Hull and Bainbridge, Car is old tan Cadillac. Has not been moved in six months. Another car seems abandoned on Bainbridge near W 12th intersection. This one is an old dark colored pickup truck filled with old wet cardboard .
