Description
NJ TURNPIKE noise has become excessive over the past few months and is now exceeding legal decibel limits inside adjacent homes. A sound barrier is required to be installed to address this issue and NJTP has not complied. Residents of Timbercrest have been waiting for years to have this addressed. When will Township take action?

However my neighbors house next to me has neglected the outside of their home. Weeds overgrown. Trees over grown
Black mold on cement thick. Huge overgrown bushes over 20 feet have trees growing out of. Tree branches overgrown front of the house extending in the walkway.. I am concerned about the black mold and the mice or rat I observed the side of his house. I have notified the office where I live. Their policy is they have 45 days to comply if they don't they give another 10 or 15 days to comply with . Then if they don't they are fined 25.00 a day.
I'd there anyway the town can help in relation to the black mold and the rodent issue??? Apparently when you live in Holiday Village you have to report your own neighbor as they you don't have anywhere to turn to. It's like Everyman for himself. They do offer grass cutting and Edging but do not have any landscaping as you have to do maintain your own yard. Can the town help me???? Do I need a real estate attorney ??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
