Sharraxaadda
The sidewalk on the north and east sides of 3930 N Pine Grove, along the south side of Irving Park Rd and West Side of Pine Grove Ave are deteriorated and always flood creating a safety hazard.
Along the south side of Irving Park Rd between the side alley and property main drive entrance, the curb and sidewalk is cracked, uneven, and falling apart. There is parking and no parking signs and curb paint which is also not clearly marked and/or missing. Also, the sidewalk is sloped towards the property and floods after rainfall and doesn't drain sometimes for days.
Along Pine Grove Avenue, the Sidewalk is uneven and always floods. The slope of the sidewalk is towards the building at the named address and water collects against the structure on the sidewalk.

Irving Park Rd & Pine Grove intersection is very dangerous bc kids cross to schools. Pedestrian indicators and lights but no road markings or crosswalks to match!
In the morning rush hour in particular, cars get stuck in the intersection or try to race through when stuck, so people crossing are endangered. Photo attached is of a woman and child almost hit when crossing on their light.
