    The Sidewalk along the west side of Pine Grove ave as well as the south side of Irving Park road west of Pine Grove is caving in and deteriorating along the property of Lake Park Plaza Condo Association. Water is ponding, covering the side walk sometimes for days after rain. The sidewalk is tilting towards the building so the water can never drain. This causes a sanitation hazard, a trip hazard, and a general safety hazard to pedestrians.

    I often suspect drug deals are happening at the corner of Sheridan and Broadway. Usually there is a white male about 5'10" average build wearing athletic clothing and a backpack and/or a black SUV involved. Cars pull up and they make exchanges either through an open window or face to face.
    Once, I overheard one man say something like "Thanks for your business."

    The sidewalk on the northwest corner of the property at 3930 N Pine Grove ave, which is actually along Irving Park Rd is deteriorated and has become a major trip hazard.

    The sidewalk on the north and east sides of 3930 N Pine Grove, along the south side of Irving Park Rd and West Side of Pine Grove Ave are deteriorated and always flood creating a safety hazard.
    Along the south side of Irving Park Rd between the side alley and property main drive entrance, the curb and sidewalk is cracked, uneven, and falling apart. There is parking and no parking signs and curb paint which is also not clearly marked and/or missing. Also, the sidewalk is sloped towards the property and floods after rainfall and doesn't drain sometimes for days.
    Along Pine Grove Avenue, the Sidewalk is uneven and always floods. The slope of the sidewalk is towards the building at the named address and water collects against the structure on the sidewalk.
