they did eventually come a put a slight amount of road filler near the pot hole that we were originally complaing about, however the pot hole was not fixed as well as the rest of the roads in our neighborhood. It was like an after thought, or placation, so that we would not complain anymore. Since we are at the end of the road they think that we are part of Bedford township, however we are not and we still pay taxes to the City of Battle Creek. Our zip code is 49037 and Bedfords zip code is 49020. I do not know what more I can do to convience the city that we could still use some better repair. They have however been doing better about plowing the snow, even if we haven’t had any or hardly any snow this year. Last year we pretty much had to call to get them to come out and remove snow, but they are doing better now. I still would like them to repair the ripples and dips in the road.
