There is a shopping cart from El Misquote market that was used as a structure for a homeless man to nest in front of my office door. I called them twice to pick it up to no avail. The man will return and uses the cart for this. I would like it removed. Can the trash people throw it away. It is hard to deal with homeless issues when the shipping carts are left at our office. 301 Graceland SE, Albuquerque.
