Description
N Walnut, Seymour Ave, N Capitol Ave. N. Washington Ave. from Oakland north are in very bad shape. Very little actual pavement is left on some blocks. Large deep pot holes and collapsing patch jobs fill all these blocks. This is a downtown area, why is it in such disrepair?
