This vacant building is simply a blank canvas for graffiti artists. As soon as one vandalism incident is covered, there is new vandalism shortly thereafter. This is another great place for TPD to sit and do paperwork or whatever to try and deter the constant vandalism. Until there is a new tenant, I don't think the deliquents will let up any.
