Abundance of trucks and cars are parking in the lawn and blocking construction on the street (all vehicles can be seen alternating their parking between the street and the driveway throughout the week so this makes it pretty clear who they belong to). Six cars. The tenants have claimed in passing discussion that the landlords are aware of this. No other houses/residents in the area of construction have needed to park in the lawn.

This house is consistently a problem on this street. The landlords allow this property to go to shambles every year so they can charge wealthy student renters (who do not care about the appearance of the house or the safety of the neighborhood) absorbent rates to fix a year's worth of repairs.
