Description
For months we have been trying to get the City to complete the work in front of my house. Due to the City planting a tree over top of my sewer line, the roots grew into it and everything had to be dug up and repaired (all on City property). After the sewer pipe was repaired it took 2 months to get the street filled with new asphalt. I have been told several times that topsoil will be placed around the new sidewalk to cover the gravel and fill the holes. It has been several months and there is still a deep gap all around the new sidewalk. I have twisted my ankle and I know it will happen again when the area is covered with leaves or snow and you can't see the holes around the sidewalk. This should not be up to us to repair what the City neglected to finish.
