This is right by the entrance to 580 West

Since the City is not pro active its up the citizens to tell them what to do and when to it. As with SCF they expect us to pick up litter, adopt storm drains, report any and problems all pro bono of course. If you marked this as a storm drain/ flooding they would have asked you call them instead. All emergencies are routed though Oakland Fire on weekends.
