Deskripsyon

The company the City hired for work in Westville Village left quite a mess at the Civil War Memorial. Planter smashed, cement splattered all over another planter. Also, another planter was moved to the sidewalk and left there. When workers were asked to put the planter back where it belongs8 the request was ignored. 67 year old volunteer and 2 passers by managed to get the planter back where it belongs. Is anyone at the City interested in how the people they hire are behaving?

Based upon the last two photos, the City's priority seems to be traffic calming, which is just a way to reduce car lanes, their hope being that everyone will become so disgusted with driving that we give up our cars for bicycles and buses. Wishful thinking on their part, we're not giving up our cars for your filthy buses and unsafe bicycles.
