This property was derelict for years. Now, for the past 6 months, it has been a construction site (apparently unpermitted). Little progress is evident. Now and then one or two befuddled looking blokes turn up, wonder around, and rip the odd piece of rotten wood off what's left of the house. It is an eyesore and a nuisance.
