i live in J & D General Kearny Apartments,
it's a big apartments complex, around 160 units in that complex.
i have an issue with the way the operate the heater.
they only open the heater after 5 p.m. and they turn it off around 6 a.m.
after 6 a.m. and before 5 pm the inside of the apartment gets really cold and they won't turn the heater on.

sometimes they turn the heater off for the whole day especially in the weekends, even if it's in the 30's degree outside.
