This issue was already reported to sanitation for alley clearing. For the record Owner Donnie at 4233 11th ave N is illegally moving his trash can blocking others driveways. See attached picture from where can has been sitting since 2002. Since he is new owner of house he is requesting one of the two black cans be removed from behind his house not sure he can do this since it is County property at pole. 4227 11th ave N keeps recycle can so many feet away from black trash bins. I have video of Donny neighboor moving can causing issue with cars getting out of there driveway. Donnie does not have a rear alley driveway he just parks in backyard which is probably illegal.
