Thank you for following up. The City of Roswell Stormwater Inspector revisited the 1455 address at 1:42 p.m. At this time there were no landscapers in the area. All of the parking lot drains (at the 1455 address) are on private property so the City cannot monitor them. There was nothing being done across the street (where he found landscapers on December 2). The December 2nd call found that leaves were blown along the street curb and the crew was getting them up with a vacuum truck. There was no evidence of leaves in the storm drains at that time. The crews are required to be caught in the act or the complainant, if possible, needs to get a photo and name of the company to allow City staff to follow up.
