While the homeless encampment along Pierce Butler Route between Prior Avenue and Fairview Avenue has been mostly cleaned up, there is still a tremendous amount of related trash, particularly behind a partially gated fence area that has a "no dumping" sign on it. Will this section of the Midway ever be cleaned up for good?
