"All over the place" is not an exaggeration at all - there is trash and paper all over the intersection of 98th and Maddux and the wind is blowing it into everyones yards. The picture I snapped doesn't even begin to show how much garbage there is.

Many times I have also reported thrash at the intersection of Edes and Maddux before. After reporting they were cleaned up quickly.

I hope so! It was some how worse this morning.
