  When will they evacuate these people as the new city homeless help by Libby Schaff...was approved... this is embarrassing I cant even have company over because I have A homeless encampment in front of my newly remodeled home. I pay taxes just so I can see homeless people in tents building fake structures to urinate where is there feces going trash! I get up to leave work by 5 AM TO homeless people living off the law of the land because the city of Oakland can’t handle these ungovernable people. While I pay $3K mortgage and work over 40 hours a week
