THE ONLY THING THAT WILL SOLVE THIS IS PAVING THE ALLY. EVERYTIME THERE IS SUBSTAINTIAL RAIN IT TAKES EVERYTHING WITH IT...MORE GRAVEL WILL NOT HELP!

Good morning, we received a separate work order for this issue and it should be resolved sometime today. Unfortunately, we are unable to pave utility right-of-ways at this time. We are aware this happens after big rains, but we currently have to maintain the right-of-way as is. If you would like to discuss this further, please call us at (256) 883-3944.

Much appreciation for your promptness! If it's not asking too much, can we get the rock and gravel cleaned up from the street? It will eventually end up clogging the gutter under my driveway that will make the current flooding worse. I understand that it's my responsibility now to keep the space under the drainage grate at my driveway clean, and this will help me.

This continues to be an issue at this alley way. The steep grade of the alley causes the rocks and gravel to run off creating large ruts and channels and makes it impossible to drive our car.

This has happened again since the last rains some days ago. It could use another fill and grading.
