The large tree in the alleyway needs to be cut down or at least trimmed back. The branches have grown down low over our driveway. I believe it was marked for removal last year but it is still there.

Once again the rain has washed away our alleyway gravel. When we drove our car in the alleyway this morning the front driver side fender caught on the rocks in one of the many eroded ruts that has been created and pulled it free of the car. See picture. Luckily the fender can be pushed back into place without any permanent damage...this time. This alleyway needs to be paved.

The alley way between Clinton and Randolph needs to be repaired once again. Once agin the rain has caused large ravines created down the alley way which our car is continually bottoming-out on. The rocks that the city has had to replace numerous times continues to run off the alley way and either down the drain at the bottom or into our neighbors lawn. (As you can see in the picture attached.) The rocks should be removed from the lawn...I'll let them make that separate complaint. This issue will continue until the alley way is paved since the grade of the alley is too steep to be fixed by rocks alone. Until then we risk doing damage to our car and to our neighbors lawn. Please pave this alleyway.

There are two houses being built across the street from my house (1525 Randolph Ave.) and the city came in to connect the water lines to the new houses. When they did that they ran their backhoes over my front lawn and tore up the grass really good. Now I have a large dirt area near my mailbox and surrounding area. I want the city to come back in with Bermuda sod and fix the area. Please see my attached image for the damage.

The alley between Clinton and Randolph needs to be repaired/paved. Every time it rains the alley becomes eroded and not riddle with trenches and rocks. We have complained multiple times about this....it needs to be paved because of the steep grade the alley is on. This is the only way to get to our driveway. Please pave this alley.

The gravel road (alley-way) behind our house is eroding due to the rain and run off. This is the only access to our driveway. This road needs to be paved because the gravel will continually wash away.
