Sharraxaadda

The residences of this property have two very large LOUD dogs. They bark constantly, the owners leave them outside all day and its inhumane. They are vicious and even are able to get into the front yard and scare us as we walk past the house. They are very loud and I can hear them from my house far away. Clearly breaking the noise ordinance. Dogs should be kept indoors if the owners cannot train them not to bark constantly. Worst time is between 3-8PM and 7-9AM it seems.
