Sharraxaadda

Graffiti that reads "BLUR" on the exterior of the Church-Division parking lot, on the Church Street side of the lot, just south of Clinton Place. This appears to be the work of "Jay" the graffiti vandal who has defaced many locations in New Rochelle.
