if it is a duplicate, why wasn't it addressed weeks ago? and why is loco motion being sent this info? they are a private org. not a city org. regardless of the relationship with it's founder and members and the Mayor.

The Director of Public Works is the founder of Local Motion. They HAVE to know everything. Thats why he was put in charge. Much as you have seen the BBA director involved in more city business than she should be. BBA and Local Motion are really the ones running Public Works. Without them, we would just have Spencer, who knows nothing about Public Works.

when I reported this Parks issue, I was sent a confirmation email indicating it was also copied to 3 other entities, the last being Loco-motion. Thus my comment. Thanks.

The individual associated with this report is working with outreach workers and law enforcement to find some place to go. He has been trespassed from the park on two occasions, the most recent was a few days ago, and he returned. Over the past couple days he has helped Park employees clean up the site of all the trash. We will update the report with information as it becomes available.

Thank you, Burlington Parks. The hassle that is sometimes created by the users of this system should not downplay the work that is accomplished.

What Infrastructure - the Police Department has already resorted to trespassing the individual as stated earlier. You're question could best be answered by the Police Dept. (who are not on this thread) as to what level of prosecution was taken. This individual has removed his belongings from the park and cleaned up the site - which we checked today. But we're still leaving this issue open until we confirm his relocation. Please feel free to call or write the police about your question -

Compassion could go a long way here. This person in question poses no danger and is as much a part of our community as anyone else. Take some of the energy on this issue and use it volunteer or do something for others.
