Description
The employees and customers of the devils gear organize traffic blocking parades. Rather than travel in the designated bike lane, they ride in clusters in the middle of the road, way slower than the posted speed and refuse to yield the right of way to autos

Hello,
their is nothing "illegal" about riding like this.
you need to read the laws as you have them wrong.
if you cant sign off using your own name, then you should write anything at all.

I noticed several hundred automobiles involved in some sort of parade today. They were taking up the whole road, spewing toxic fumes from their exhaust systems and intimidating vulnerable, non-motorized road users by speeding and passing too closely.
Does anyone know what that was all about?

I wish they would start parading around. I've been pushing for them to bring an elephant on their bike rides, but apparently elephants can't ride bicycles.
A parade without elephants is racism, plain and simple.

protesting bikists---good though as they are an irritating element often a hazard to themselves as well as others.

Try looking at Sect.14-286 b of the CT
General Statutes,
You will find that you are wrong.
