Unless you have talked to the resident this issue isn't resolved. Deflecting the issue won't resolve anything. All this will lead to is more and more cars parking on the street. This has been an ongoing issue in this subdivision for years and it's ridiculous that little to nothing is being done about it.

This is STILL an issue!!! Why isn't Code Enforcement doing anything about this? I see the car parked daily on the road. If you're somehow missing them, I suggest coming out after 4.

This is the second time I've had to reopen this. You don't close a ticket when the issue hasn't even been addressed. Is there some reason why you can't or refuse to do your job? Is this resident a city employee who gets a free pass? Maybe I'll start parking one of my cars on the road for the heck of it too.

I saw the black Dodge parked on the road again so this is STILL an on going problem.

It appears this issue has resolved itself since Code Enforcement NEVER did their job to resolve it. I will close this ticket but I am going to talk to the City Manager and the Mayor again about Code Enforcement not doing their job. There are still other residents who are parking on the street daily.
