The tenants at 12 Strode Ave do not follow trash regulations.And now their trash is being spread throughout the streets. The last time bagged trash was put out, i personally put it back into the yard of 12 strode Ave and informed then that trash company will not take unless trash is in tote.Two weeks later they put out twice as much trash.
WHY DO US GOOD,CLEAN LAW ABIDING CITIZENS HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS?
Codes department was notified and written complaints were made
